The Johnston County Parade of Homes returned in 2025 after several years away, bringing renewed excitement to builders, homebuyers, and communities across the area. The annual Parade of Homes gives buyers the opportunity to explore new construction homes, meet local builders, and experience the latest home design trends throughout Johnston County. Now in 2026, the event continued that momentum by showcasing some of the newest homes, floor plans, and design trends throughout Johnston County.
Hosted by the Johnston County Building Industry Association (JCBIA), the Parade of Homes gives visitors the opportunity to tour newly constructed homes while exploring different communities, layouts, and features from local builders.
This year, Neuse River Homes was proud to participate with our home in Cedardale, one of our growing communities in Clayton, NC.
Cedardale Featured in the Parade of Homes
As one of Neuse River Homes’ newest communities, Cedardale was an exciting home to feature during this year’s Parade of Homes.
Located in Clayton, NC, Cedardale offers homeowners convenient access to downtown Clayton, Raleigh, and nearby shopping and dining while still providing a welcoming neighborhood setting.
The Parade of Homes gave visitors the opportunity to walk through the home, experience the craftsmanship up close, and get a feel for what living in Cedardale could look like.
Bringing Home Bronze
During this year’s Parade of Homes, Neuse River Homes was honored to receive a Bronze Award for our Cedardale entry.
Awards presented during the Parade recognize craftsmanship, design, and overall presentation among participating builders throughout Johnston County.
